Digital communication thrives on authenticity

We live in a time in which approximately four billion people are online every day. For companies and their marketing, this is actually a dream scenario, isn't it? Almost, because the content published on the Internet is growing day by day. Companies can therefore only reach potential customers with communication that is tailored to them and, above all, authentic. The phrases that are often used in marketing have had their day; today's customers demand added value. This in turn means that digital corporate communications must say goodbye to old habits and focus on customer needs.
